I am grateful to my mother, a nurse of over 40 years, and a truth seeker in the  healthcare profession.  She is still health coaching and nursing to this day at 73 years old.   I am thankful for the support of my sister, whose opinion and thoughtful advice are powerful.  I have a tremendous amount of respect and trust in her.  I have much gratitude for my mother in law who is not only supportive and encouraging but a master researcher herself in the natural healthcare world.  She is knowledgeable and experienced.  Countless conversations with my husband, Benji Shanks, who is not only supportive but naturally conscious of both physical and emotional health.
